Fitzpatrick Director of Administration/ Principal Mr. Fitzpatrick is responsible for the overall management of the day to day administration consisting of: Estimating, Purchasing, Accounting, Insurance, Contracts, Marketing and Sales. Prior to establishing QBG Inc, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as a Senior Estimator at a major NYC-based construction firm. In this position, he was responsible for managing estimating and purchasing on several major accounts, interfacing with corporate executives and served as a mentor for new employees. He managed projects from one thousand to two hundred fifty thousand square feet with costs of ten thousand to eighty million dollars. Throughout his 18+ years in the construction industry, Patrick has been involved in numerous projects consisting of: Commercial Office Interiors, Healthcare & Research Facilities, Major Telecom/HVAC Infrastructure, Restaurants & Cafeterias, High-End Retail Spaces, Theatres, Data Centers, Trading Floors, Conference Centers, Chiller Plants, Generators and Residential Structures and Development.
