• Summary

  QBG completed the renovation of multiple amenity and office spaces for the LeFrak Organization in New York, NY.

  The project included upgrades to the 17th, 15th, and 2nd floors, featuring open ceilings with Level 5 finishes, polished concrete floors, and Connectrac systems to support cubicle layouts. Additional work included a new pantry, office space with glass fronts, and open-area workstations, resulting in a modernized and flexible workspace.
