University of New Haven - Life Science School Renovation
QBG delivered a comprehensive renovation of the University of New Haven’s Life Sciences School in New Haven, Connecticut, over a 30-week schedule.
The project included the renovation of classrooms, a pantry, and a student study lounge, along with the construction of a new building entrance and parking lot to improve campus access and circulation. The scope also encompassed a full roof replacement and the installation of new HVAC and plumbing systems, creating modern, high-performance learning environments designed to support scientific education and research.
University of New Haven Football Stadium
QBG completed targeted upgrades at the University of New Haven’s DellaCamera Stadium, enhancing both stadium infrastructure and the game-day experience.
The project included the installation of new stadium lighting and the renovation of a custom end-zone container designed for alumni tailgating. Improvements to the container featured a new bar, custom stairs, four interior televisions, and rooftop VIP seating, transforming the space into a dynamic, multi-level gathering area for fans and alumni.
