  QBG delivered a comprehensive renovation of the Jesuit Residences at Xavier High School in New York City, completing a full gut rehabilitation within a 12-week schedule.

  The project scope included the installation of new interior finishes, fully renovated bathrooms, upgraded HVAC systems, custom woodwork, and the renovation of two kitchens, all carefully coordinated to meet the functional and architectural needs of an active academic environment.
