QBG completed the demolition and complete gut renovation of a 2,200 square foot apartment on Park Avenue.
The project included the installation of a new staircase, custom finishes such as millwork, stone, and lighting, and a state-of-the-art audio/visual system, resulting in a fully modernized and sophisticated residential space.
