Sherry Netherland Hotel
QBG completed multiple residential renovations within the Sherry Netherland Hotel, executing work on fully occupied floors while maintaining discretion and minimal disruption to residents and guests.
The scope included the installation of high-end luxury finishes across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, as well as premium finish installations throughout 250 guest rooms, all delivered through carefully phased coordination to uphold the hotel’s operational and design standards.
Affinia Hotel
QBG delivered a multi-phased renovation of a 10,000-square-foot lobby within an active New York City hotel, carefully sequencing work to ensure the space remained fully operational throughout construction.
The first phase involved building a temporary lobby desk and refreshment stand, allowing operations to shift seamlessly while new reception and concierge desks were installed.
Subsequent phases introduced new floor tile across the lobby and elevator areas, along with custom millwork features and a new chandelier that elevated the guest experience.
The Metropolitan Club
QBG completed a fast-track renovation and modernization of the historic Metropolitan Club’s private gym facilities, enhancing one of New York’s most exclusive institutions.
The project included full upgrades to the workout room, locker rooms, and restrooms, featuring custom finishes such as refined millwork, hand-selected stone, and stained glass accents. Behind the scenes, comprehensive infrastructure improvements were made to plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical, and electrical systems.
ACE Hotel
QBG delivered a 40-week complete renovation of the ACE Hotel.
The project fully renovated 250 guest rooms with luxury interior finishes in both rooms and bathrooms. Additional work included two restaurant build-outs, conference and amenity spaces, and a complete lobby renovation. Infrastructure upgrades featured new plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Ronald McDonald House
QBG completed a 500 square foot media room for Ronald McDonald House, designed as a welcoming space for patients and their families.
The project featured the installation of a new glass wall system, upgraded electrical and lighting, new ceilings, polished concrete floors, custom millwork, and advanced audio-visual components.
Essex House
QBG delivered renovations across Essex House, a 160,000 square foot facility in New York, NY.
The project featured the modernization of second-floor bathrooms by introducing high-end millwork, stone, and glass finishes.
Additional upgrades included window replacements throughout the building, basement storage modifications, and hallway renovations to create a cohesive look. Suites 1703 and 909 were also enhanced with luxury marble shower walls and floors, complemented by custom millwork and refined finishes.
