• Summary

  This project involved the complete installation and fit-out of a modular building, delivering a fully functional space with custom interior architectural finishes and branded design elements.

  The scope also included the construction of exterior decks and outdoor amenity areas, a new parking lot with comprehensive site improvements, professional landscaping and irrigation installation, and the completion of all permanent utility connections, including sewer and electrical service.
