Confidential Banking Client
QBG completed the build-out of office space for a confidential banking client in Summit, NJ.
The scope included new open office areas, conference rooms, a pantry, and bathrooms. The project also featured upgrades to IT, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with the installation of new audio/visual technology, delivering modern and fully equipped workspaces.
Confidential Residential Tower
QBG completed the fast-track renovation and modernization of corridors and the lobby at a confidential residential tower in Jersey City, NJ.
The multi-phased project featured new paint and wallpaper throughout the hallways, executed on an accelerated schedule with two floors completed every two weeks to accommodate residents in the occupied building.
Hive & Colony
QBG completed the build-outs for multiple nationwide locations of Hive & Colony, a luxury retailer.
The work included new partitions, flooring, MEP systems, custom millwork, and finishes, resulting in modern, high-end retail environments customized for each location.
Fusion Academy, Nationwide
QBG delivered a 12-week renovation of Fusion Academy’s facilities, nationwide.
The project transformed classrooms, administrative facilities, music rooms, pantry areas, core restrooms, and collaborative spaces with modern finishes, alongside comprehensive upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, electrical, and fire alarm systems.
