The Armory
QBG completed the renovation of 52 occupied residential apartments at the Armory.
The scope included new HVAC systems, roof replacement, storm drain connections, and façade repairs, along with the construction of a new elevator shaft and modernization of laundry facilities, resulting in a fully upgraded residential community.
