The project included upgrades to the 17th, 15th, and 2nd floors, featuring open ceilings with Level 5 finishes, polished concrete floors, and Connectrac systems to support cubicle layouts. Additional work included a new pantry, office space with glass fronts, and open-area workstations, resulting in a modernized and flexible workspace.

QBG completed the new construction of a private residence in New Canaan, CT.

The home features all-new mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, along with extensive custom millwork throughout. Highlights include a circular bathroom, wet bar, garage with elevator to the basement, and a playful slide connecting the main living room to the basement bar. Exterior work incorporated high-end landscape design with an infinity pool, orchard, and wooden walkways in a parklike setting, resulting in a distinctive modern estate.

QBG completed the fast-track renovation and modernization of corridors and the lobby at a confidential residential tower in Jersey City, NJ.

The multi-phased project featured new paint and wallpaper throughout the hallways, executed on an accelerated schedule with two floors completed every two weeks to accommodate residents in the occupied building.
