Northface

45 Park Avenue
QBG completed a 30-week apartment conversion at 45 Park Avenue in New York City, combining three existing residences into a single 4,000-square-foot home with a fully reimagined layout and elevated finishes throughout.
The project included a new kitchen and great room with a fireplace, along with the construction of four new bedrooms, four new bathrooms, a den/study, and dedicated storage and laundry areas.
Xavier High School
QBG delivered a comprehensive renovation of the Jesuit Residences at Xavier High School in New York City, completing a full gut rehabilitation within a 12-week schedule.

The scope included the installation of high-end luxury finishes across kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, as well as premium finish installations throughout 250 guest rooms, all delivered through carefully phased coordination to uphold the hotel’s operational and design standards.
WeWork
QBG oversaw a multi-location interior fit-out for shared WeWork office spaces across the country, coordinating work across ten floors.
The scope included installing rooftop mechanical units, upgrading electrical service, and building new pantries to support modern co-working operations.
Affinia Hotel
QBG delivered a multi-phased renovation of a 10,000-square-foot lobby within an active New York City hotel, carefully sequencing work to ensure the space remained fully operational throughout construction.
The first phase involved building a temporary lobby desk and refreshment stand, allowing operations to shift seamlessly while new reception and concierge desks were installed.
Subsequent phases introduced new floor tile across the lobby and elevator areas, along with custom millwork features and a new chandelier that elevated the guest experience.

QBG completed a 3,500-square-foot restaurant fit-out, delivering refined interior finishes highlighted by custom decorative plasterwork. NYC Health + Hospitals, Elmhurst
QBG completed an 18-week interior fit-out of a new 40,000-square-foot office space for NYC Health + Hospitals, Elmhurst, creating a centralized workplace for the organization’s Finance, Patient Accounts, Grants, and Human Resources departments.
The project included a new reception area, a mix of open cubicles and private offices, conference rooms, a dining area, and restrooms, all supported by newly installed MEP systems designed to accommodate the updated layout and operational needs.
The Metropolitan Club
QBG completed a fast-track renovation and modernization of the historic Metropolitan Club’s private gym facilities, enhancing one of New York’s most exclusive institutions.
The project included full upgrades to the workout room, locker rooms, and restrooms, featuring custom finishes such as refined millwork, hand-selected stone, and stained glass accents.
